On-line Visa Appointment System

To make your visa appointment on-line, please follow this procedure:

• Click the month of your choice
• Click the date and time of your choice
• Fill out the registration form and click submit
• Within minutes you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of your appointment.

Please note:

- That an appointment is required per person, also for minors. 

- You can make only one appointment for the same trip.

- You can make an appointment 3 months prior to the departure date.

- This page has a link to our website with the specific visa requirements.

To change or cancel an appointment:

• Send an e-mail to doh@minbuza.nl in which you mention your name, passportnumber, date of travel and time of appointment.
• Upon receipt of a cancellation confirmation, a new appointment can be made.
